About Your Hosts

karen ellen-100x100 Your hosts, Karen Sandler and Ellen Schaeffer are known internationally for their work as Yoga teachers, trainers and workshop facilitators. They have both been practitioners of Yoga for 25 years and teaching for more then 15.

Trained and practiced in a multitude of styles of Yoga, Karen and Ellen have a highly sensitive ability to teach to level and interest of their students. Whether you have been practicing for less than a year or more than 10 years, you will be at ease in our classes, which are student focused and designed to meet you where you are in the moment.
